Harvest Festival details:
September 14, 2024 11am-4pm
Beckwith Park (1319 Beckwith 9th Line)
Vendor spaces are 10ft x 10ft and are located outdoors for $25/space. Electrical power, covered spaces and table rentals are available in limited numbers for an extra fee.
Contact events@twp.beckwith.on.ca with any questions or call the Beckwith Township office at 613-257-1539. Please note that your registration will not be considered complete and a space will not be held for you until payment is received.
Vendor Code of Ethics:
1) I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Harvest Festival.
2) I will practice the highest standard of quality, service, and business.
3) I will make my stand and products as attractive as possible.
4) I will keep my products, stand and employees clean and presentable.
5) I will offer my products at fair market price and will not take part in brokerage.
6) I will refrain from distress pricing.
7) I will work cooperatively with customers, other vendors and the organizing committee.
8) I agree to fill out an event evaluation questionnaire.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to Beckwith Township) or debit (in-person only).
